Request for Proposal (RFP) | Smart Roof and Resilient Infrastructure Services

The Government of the District of Columbia (“District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to award one (1) qualified contractor (a “Contractor”) to provide program management services to support the SmartRoof and resiliency programs, as well as related sustainability initiatives of the Department. All services shall be conducted in accordance with the Scope of Work (Section C) of this RFP, the District of Columbia’s Department of General Services Standard Contract Provisions (“SCP”) for Supplies and Service Contracts, January 2016 Exhibit E.1, and other associated Contract Exhibits and Solicitation Attachments listed in Section J of this RFP and the proposed Contract.
