(1) Vendor needs to provide resilience and sustainability road standards gap analysis and recommendations service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Assignment is to assess the extent to which national road standards and related technical guidance in six countries incorporate disaster risk management, climate resilience, and sustainability considerations, and to identify opportunities for strengthening these standards based on international best practices.• Prepare country hazard context summaries identifying key natural hazards, infrastructure vulnerabilities, and institutional contexts.• Initial review of national road standards and related policy documents for each country.• Prepare six country–specific gap analysis reports, including completed screening checklists, findings, and recommendations aligned with international good practice.• Develop presentation materials and facilitate virtual presentations in each country to discuss findings and recommendations.• Synthesize findings across six case studies into three sets of final recommendations and knowledge products of broader institutional value.
