(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Tanner, AL. – Empty all trash receptacles; damp clean, sanitize exterior and replace liners from contractor’s supply– Clean to hand height (70”) glass partitions and glass doors.– Sanitize all desks, tables, key boards and counter tops.– Erase and clean all chalk boards, white boards and clean trays.– Shampoo upholstered furniture– Empty all trash receptacles, clean and sanitize and replace liners from contractor’s supply– Wash windows, sills and clean chrome.– Clean and sanitize tables– High dust above hand height all horizontal surfaces including any shelves, moldings, ledges, pipes,– Ducts, vents, and heating outlets.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
