(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm systems monitoring, maintenance, inspection, testing and as–needed replacement services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– Provide 24–hour Monitoring Services.– Provide 24–hour direct access to each alarm system for real–time online monitoring of accounts by agency– Have the capabilities to interpret alarm situations and take immediate action to dispatch the appropriate authorities– Provide 24–hour toll–free number for technical and operational support to agency(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
