RFP 25-110 ON-CALL HYDRAULIC FEASIBILITY STUDIES

The City of Banning (“City”) is soliciting request for proposals (RFP) from qualified engineering consultants to provide “On-Call” hydraulic feasibility studies on a 1-year on-call services contract (with the possibility of two additional one year extensions) for water, wastewater (‘sewer’) and recycled water, including but not limited to, review of the existing hydraulic models and their scenario(s) assumptions, feasibility/concept plan studies and recommendations; overall system evaluation of capacity and efficiency; hydraulic model calibration and adjustment; and such other services as maybe required by the City for private developments and/or capital improvements.
