(1) Vendor needs to provide motorcycle safety training program service to the government authority located in Rochester, NY. – Provide Motorcycle Safety Training Program including training delivery, instructor management, equipment management, customer service, reporting, and quality assurance.– Develop and execute implementation and transition plans; transition operations, data, equipment, and resources; provide status reporting; ensure operational readiness.– Adopt Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) curriculum to deliver basic, intermediate, advanced, and 3–wheel courses, conduct testing and track results for purposes.– Recruit, certify, recertify, train, and monitor instructors; perform required background and driving record checks.– Monitor and coordinate oversite of motorcycle manufacturer and other approved third–party providers.– Maintain motorcycles, storage facilities, inventory controls, and replacement planning.– Develop promotional materials and provide materials.– Provide and maintain web–based scheduling, registration, waitlist, and class management functionality.– Operate customer support services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
