(1) Vendor needs to provide LED lighting upgrade services to the government authority located in Tunbridge, VT. – Materials:• LED lighting fixtures:– Fixtures shall be solid state lighting certified and listed on the Design Lights Consortium (DLC) Qualified Product List version 5.1 or later– Minimum efficacy: 120 lumens/watt– Operating voltage: 120–277V– Minimum color rendition index (CRI): 80– Minimum warranty: 5 years– Power Factor ≥ 0.90– Dimmability: 0–10V standard– Lumen maintenance: ≥ 36,000 hours (L90)• Occupancy sensors:– Wall–switch mounted– Dual technology (PIR)• Installation:– Remove existing fixtures and properly dispose of lamps and ballasts– Install new LED fixtures per manufacturer’s instructions.– Ensure proper mounting, alignment, and connection to existing wiring– Mount and wire occupancy sensors to control lighting in office spaces– Provide training to building staff on operation and maintenance of new lighting system(2) An optional pre–bid walkthrough will be held on July 29, 2026.
