(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic benefit transfer transaction processing services to the government authority located in Dover, DE.– Includes managing all electronic benefit transactions, ensuring real time authorization of Women Infants and Children (WIC) purchases, and supporting benefit delivery, updates, and account management for participants.– They are responsible for card production and some distribution, system security, data encryption, and full compliance with federal WIC confidentiality and technology requirements.– These services will include the following components:• Interfacing with WIC–on–the WEB (WOW), the State’s WIC management information system (MIS). • Account set–up and maintenance. • Benefit maintenance. • Card issuance and maintenance. • PIN issuance and maintenance. • Deployment and maintenance for exempt authorized vendors. • Transaction processing. • Transaction settlement and reconciliation.• Reporting.
