(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Mobile, AL.– Empty wastebaskets. – Dust mop tile floors, taking care to get under furniture and into corners, and the edge of walls and doorways.– Damp mop tile floors to remove all foreign matter and spillage. – Wet mop and spot wax floor where areas show excessive wear. – Vacuum and spot clean all carpets. – Dust and vacuum vents in ceilings walls. – Spray buff all uncarpeted floors. – Vacuum all fabric furniture. – Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces, including all available desktops, tables, file cabinets, windowsills, chairs, ledges, etc.– Remove handprints from glass topped desks, doors, etc.– Clean entrance door.– Dust and vacuum vents in ceilings and walls.– Sweep and mop all tile floors, moving rugs where needed. – Clean all restroom base tile, floors, and grout to include solvent base sealing.– Clean all baseboards and molding thoroughly– Clean all paneling with oil soap. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
