Risk Quality Control & Assurance Services

The Hawke’s Bay Regional Council (HBRC) is looking for a Respondent to supply Risk, Quality Control & Assurance Services. As an organisation, HBRC is in the early stages of developing and implementing robust risk and assurance processes. We have recently refreshed our strategic organisational risks within the context of Simplifying Local Government and other changes to our operating landscape. This is an opportunity to help HBRC lift its organisational maturity in risk, assurance and quality management in a period of change, with refreshed strategic risks, evolving governance expectations and potential local government reform ahead. We are looking for a delivery partner who can work with the HBRC team, bring practical insight, and help translate good risk and assurance practice into everyday business discipline. The successful Respondent will have the opportunity to shape a pragmatic, right-sized approach that supports better decision-making, strengthens confidence at ELT and governance level, and leaves HBRC with capability and systems that are stronger than when the engagement began.
