ESTATE-12131 - USA (Macon, Georgia) - Land Lease Service - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide land lease service to the government authority located in Macon, GA. – The airport reserves the right to approve or prohibit any chemical, fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide, or agricultural practice utilized on Airport property.– The airport may temporarily occupy portions of the property for inspections, surveying, maintenance, construction, utilities, environmental investigations, or airport development.– The areas available for agricultural production include four (4) parcels of property totaling approximately 179.61 acres. – The Lessee shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws.– The Lessee shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.– Maintenance of adjacent property affected by farming activities– Property maintenance and upkeep.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
