(1) Vendor needs to provide co–developer service to the government authority located in New Haven, CT. – Provide co–developer for the implementation of the union square phase transformation plan.– Development partner capable of complementing existing development platform with complex mixed–finance, mixed–income, and mixed–use redevelopment projects.– Co–developer shall assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive financing strategy.– Providing development management services from predevelopment through project stabilization.– Identifying and managing development risks.– Advising regarding market conditions, financing opportunities, construction costs, and development feasibility.– Performing all services in accordance with the executed master development agreement.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 17, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
