MRB-57059 - USA (Arizona) - Transfer Stations Promote, Manage, Operate and Maintain Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transfer stations promote, manage, operate and maintain services to the government authority located in Arizona.– Responsibility for the day–to–day promotion, management, operation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, customer service, staffing, and associated operating costs of the selected site.– Provide comprehensive management and operation of the awarded transfer station site, including facility operations, receipt and handling of solid waste and recyclable materials, staffing, customer service, maintenance, safety, statutory and environmental compliance, and business administration.– Maintain customer–service contact information and provide the County a single responsible point of contact.– Develop and maintain customer communications and outreach plan for each awarded location.– Provide a complaint and inquiry process capable of documenting receipt, response, resolution, and recurring issues.– Coordinate with the county on public–facing communications concerning major operational changes, closures, emergencies, or material fee changes.– Provide lawful transportation, transfer, recycling, processing, and disposal arrangements for accepted materials based on approved permits.– Technology, payment processing, scale and ticketing or transaction systems.– Prompt incident reporting for emergencies, significant safety events, regulatory actions, unpermitted releases, extended closures, or other material events.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29,2026.(3) The contract period will be for ten years.
