Vendor needs to provide executive search support services to the government authority located in Santa Clara, CA.                             • Complete candidate sourcing and outreach• Conduct initial screening to ensure competencies align with position needs • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate seriousness and suitability for agency critical role.– To support the Authority’s search for a General Manager.– Firm to become familiar with Authority mission, vision and values.– The Authority will provide detailed position expectations and organizational alignment on position; the consultant is expected to be familiar with these defined resources.  – Firm to complete General Manager search candidate sourcing and outreach to identify top–tier executive candidates, representing the Authority’s mission, vision and values, and specific position details– Firm to complete initial candidate screening to ensure that candidate skills and competencies align with position expectations and Authority needs as defined in Authority provided resources.    – The services are expected to be needed starting in late July 2026 and continuing until the General Manager position is filled.– Firm to conduct initial candidate interviews to assess candidate seriousness and suitability.– Firm is expected to provide discretion and confidentiality through all phases of work with the Authority.
