(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency responder radio coverage system to the government authority located in Rutland, MA. – Provide design, furnish, install, permit, program, commission, test, document, and warrant a complete emergency responder radio coverage system at elementary school.– Provide reliable inbound and outbound or talk–back coverage throughout the areas.– Pre–design site verification and baseline survey using calibrated equipment. – Coordination and radio–system licensee or operator; written confirmation of design frequencies, donor sites, permitted gain or output, acceptance criteria, alarm points, and required approvals.– Dedicated electrical branch circuit and fire–alarm, supervisory connections by properly licensed trades, including coordination and programming by the existing fire–alarm service provider if necessary.– Programming, optimization, interference or oscillation mitigation, commissioning, grid testing, acceptance demonstration, training, record documents, warranty, and closeout.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
