CLEANING-13464 - USA (Richmond, Virginia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.– All horizontal surfaces shall be cleaned and polished to ensure removal of all dust, marks, spills, spots, streaks, and residues– Shall ensure that all dust and debris is removed and not scattered– Shall ensure that after mopping or vacuuming, no floor, either carpeted or non–carpeted, shall show dirt, dust, or debris behind or under furniture, pipes, benches, worktables, doors, corners, or any other object which is not installed or securely fastened in place.– shall clean all carpeted floors so that there is no dust, dirt, debris, spills, spots, etc.,– Sweep/vacuum all floors free of dirt and other litter, then mop to ensure there is no dust, dirt, spills, spots, or streaks etc.(2) A mandatory site visit will be held on September 3,2026.
