CONS-23984 - USA (Alfred, Maine) - Courthouse Restoration Service - Deadline October 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide courthouse restoration service to the government authority located in Alfred, ME.• The work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following areas:– Cupola– Main cupola structure– Exterior vsiding– Trim and associated wood componentso Replacement materials shall be compatible with the existing construction andappearance.– Front Porch– Columns– Beams– Trim– Other deteriorated exterior wood components– Soffits, Fascia, and Exterior Trim– Associated deteriorated or damaged wood components• Remove loose, chipped, peeling, or deteriorated paint and coatings as required toprepare surfaces for the specified finish.– Remove debris generated by the work on a regular basis.– Protect adjacent surfaces and building components from damage during demolition.• Wood Repairs and Replacement– Repair deteriorated wood members where feasible.– Replace wood that cannot be satisfactorily repaired.– Replacement boards, trim, and other wood components shall be similar in material,grade, dimensions, profile, and appearance to the existing construction unlessotherwise approved by The County.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
