EXTRA-76192 - USA (St Paul, Minnesota) - Modernizing Existing Interchanges Study Service - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide modernizing existing interchanges study service to the government authority located in St Paul, MN. – This Study will examine each of these interchanges based on the following:• safety;• infrastructure conditions to improve system stewardship;• expanding multimodal facilities to provide affordable transportation choices;• assessing and recommending improvements that provide reliable mobility and manage delay;• system resiliency, including flooding and stormwater issues;• effectiveness in accommodating efficient freight movements; and• other factors identified by project partners.– This regional, system–wide study will provide the Council and its stakeholders with the necessary information to assess motorized and nonmotorized traveler safety, mobility, access, and infrastructure condition at these interchanges.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 23, 2026.
