CONS-22595 - USA (Asheboro, North Carolina) - Architect-Engineer Building Renovation Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide architect–engineer building renovation services to the government authority located in Asheboro, NC.– Renovation of AE building classrooms and lab space for Interior and Graphic Design programs.– existing space is approximately 4,500 square feet and has finished concrete floor and walls with finished and unfinished ceilings.– Renovation work will include removing divider walls, relocating doors, new lighting, new gypsum wall finish, painting, acoustic ceilings and carpet. New lab electrical and data lines will be installed(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.
