– Vendor needs to provide program outreach, training, and support services. – Provide training and outreach would be a mix of virtual, web–based, and social media–based material to inform and advise all current and prospective partner agencies on information related to the program.– Provide a Secure and Private Website for Outreach to LEAs:• Provide outreach to all prospective LEAs with information about the partnership programs via secure or private webhosting and online training platforms.– Virtual Town Hall Events for Outreach to LEAs:• Facilitate virtual town hall events to answer questions from existing and prospective partner agencies related on a recurring monthly schedule.• Include the virtual town hall statistics in the monthly report including the date and time, duration, content summary description, total number in attendance.– Provide Training Content and Maintain a Training Database:• Develop and maintain a training platform with information.• Conduct partnering sessions on a regular timeline.– Establish and Maintain a Database of LEAs:• Maintain a nationwide database network.• Database shall contain the contact (POC) information for the department’s leadership representatives.
