(1) Vendor needs to provide event organizing agencies service. • Provide logistic support and organize different meetings, workshops and other events with millers, govt. • Organize planned events under this agreement in consultation with the Indonesia country team• Manage event registration, participant communication, and coordination of speakers, panelists, and guests• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, permits, and licenses necessary for hosting events• Oversee on–site event management, including setup, coordination of staff, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during events• Provide post–event reports, feedback collection, and analysis to assess event success and areas for improvement• Provide marketing materials, including merchandise, souvenirs, and other promotional items, as required to support the events
