(1) Vendor needs to provide standard preapproved housing design plan program service to the government authority located in Kingman, AZ. – Develop a minimum of three (3) complete, permit–ready plan sets for single–family residential construction. Each plan set shall:• Range in size from 860 sq. ft. to 2,000 sq. ft., with three plan sets spanning that range• Include a minimum of three (3) distinct exterior elevation options (minimum 9 elevation drawings total for this class)• Be stamped and signed by an Arizona–licensed architect or engineer• Comply any statute of the State or any code or ordinance adopted by the agency. These include but are not limited to the Code, the Zoning Ordinance, the adopted Fire Codes, adopted Building Codes, adopted Housing Codes, and similar codes or any provision of any state statute or code or ordinance adopted by the agency.• Include all structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings required for a complete building permit submittal• Be delivered in digital PDF, editable format, and print–ready format(2) The contract period will be for one year.
