(1) Vendor needs to provide contract lifecycle management system.– Would like to implement a CLM system to support the entire contracting process including request for contract, contract drafting or negotiation, contract execution, storage of the executed contract in the contracts repository, and monitoring of upcoming renewals.– Incorporate the use of Microsoft Word including redlining.– Keep track of the version histories of each document.– Allow external users (e.g. vendor attorneys) to participate in the contract drafting process.– Incorporate a messaging function for use during the contract drafting phase. The CLM system should include Outlook email capability or a separate CLM system messaging function.– Support the inclusion of and the drafting and signing of the authorization Letter in the CLM workflow process.– Legal and Investments staff draft agreements and access data and reports from the CLM System.– functional department staff, including strategic initiatives, operations, legal, procurements, HR, executive staff, communications, finance, it, internal audit and investments.– Some department staff will need to access data and reports from the CLM System.– Some department staff will need to make edits and insert comments to contract documents during the contract drafting process.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
