(1) Vendor needs to provide parking attendant and valet services to the government authority located in Hampton, VA. – Providing patients with a parking ticket, securing keys, parking, delivering, and directing certain parking vehicles to and from the designated parking service area.– Parking and assisted parking operation with an appropriate number of employees as required, ensuring an efficient and safe operation.– Proposed hours of operation are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday–Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.– There may be special events at the medical center on some Federal Holidays and the contractor will provide limited hours of operation on those days.– Staff the parking and assisted parking operation with an appropriate number of employees as required for efficient and safe operation.– Providing excellent customer service on a quarterly basis demonstrating courtesy, kindness, and caring.(2) This bid is set aside for service–disabled veteran owned small business.
