(1) Vendor needs to provide scrap metal collection, removal and disposal selling service to the government authority located in Wichita, KS. – Purchase scrap metal generated by various agency departments estimated to be six hundred (600) to seven hundred (700) tons annually.– Legally facilitate collection, removal, and disposal of agency scrap metal.– Furnish approximately eight (8) to ten (10) suitable containers for holding the scrap metal – Generate automated, machine stamped, pre–numbered weight ticket generated from the scale equipment.– Provide automated ticket(s) generated from the prior month’s scrap metal activity that will accompany the monthly statement outlining itemized scrap metal activity each month.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.
