The purpose of this Request For Information (RFI) is to solicit replies for a Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software solution that could rapidly develop complex business applications with no code or low code. Software should have workflow and reporting capability. A software product with existing (built-in) vegetation management capabilities that meets most of the District vegetation management system requirements would also be considered.
