CITY OF STUART NORTH STUART LIFT STATION (C-25) REHABILITATION PROJECT

The City of Stuart Utilities & Engineering Department would like to request an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the City of Stuart North Stuart Lift Station (C-25) Rehabilitation Project. We would like licensed contractors to submit bid proposals for the City of Stuart North Stuart Lift Station (C-25) Rehabilitation Project. The project consists of rehabilitating one (1) lift station within the City-owned sanitary sewer collection system. The rehabilitation is anticipated to include mechanical, electrical and civil rehabilitation work and improvements including new control panel and appurtenances, discharge piping within the valve vault, wet well and valve vault interior coating, top slabs and hatches with wet well fall protection, concrete slab, fencing, installation of a permanent standby pump with piping, bypass piping outside the fence and all work included in the Drawings and indicated in the Technical Specifications, including temporary bypass pumping. Work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, unless specified otherwise, to complete the work as specified and in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
