The purpose of this RFP is to award a contract for the purchase of : Project Title New Braunfels Utilities (“NBU”) is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to develop a fifteen year DER roadmap, a five-year action and implementation plan, an engagement plan, educational materials, presentation materials, and research and analysis (collectively as “Project”). The fifteen year DER roadmap will be used to assist NBU in financial planning to ensure NBU can deliver the loads necessary to meet community desires.
