TRAVEL-1933 - USA (Worcester, Massachusetts) - Travel Agency Services - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide travel agency services to the government authority located in Worcester, MA. – Services of a travel agency/organization to provide domestic travel, hotel accommodations and reservations, car rental services, and other travel–related arrangements as needed.• The travel agency must be able to find and present various travel options/routes and connecting flights, hotels and ground transportation to a requested destination. The agency shall find the least expensive option, based on Economy Class rates, unless otherwise instructed. • Provide fare quotation, by email, within 24 hours of request. • Reserve and issue tickets, electronically or physically, for all travel arrangements, at least 48 hours before time of departure, and if applicable, upon receipt of City purchase order number. No additional charges will be assessed for this service. • Agency service must be available Monday – Saturday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM and shall provide after hours emergency support for travelers during active travel periods. • Inform the traveler(s) immediately of any changes or cancellations in scheduled flights, for any event, which may affect travel arrangements. • Wherever possible, minimize any fees or penalties applicable to changes and cancellations(2) The contract period will be one year.
