(1) Vendor needs to provide modernization coordinator and architectural services to the government authority located in Shreveport, LA. – Provide consultation, administration, owner’s representation, and technical support necessary to manage agency modernization portfolio from project planning through construction closeout and final completion.– Develop and maintain project schedules, implementation plans, internal controls, sources–and uses budgets, cost controls, and project tracking systems to help ensure modernization projects– Facilitate due diligence requirements for modernization and construction projects, including environmental reviews, zoning, title matters, market studies, surveys, energy efficiency requirements, and other pre–construction requirements.– Provide contract administration and management support after award, including reviewing contractor pay applications and supporting documentation; evaluating and makingrecommendations regarding change orders, amendments, time extensions, and claims; tracking contract budgets, commitments, expenditures, retainage, and available funding; monitoring progress against approved schedules and scopes of work; documenting project meetings, field observations, deficiencies, and corrective actions; and coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, and agency staff.– The Modernization Coordinator services consist of administering an overall management strategy providing administrative control for each project from project development through project close–out and final completion.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
