(1) Vendor needs to provide parking lot assessment consulting services to the government authority located in York, SC. – Provide professional parking lot condition assessment services in support of anticipated maintenance for facilities and parks.– Design services related to evaluation and assessment of current pavement conditions, pavement geotechnical services, evaluation of ADA accessibility conditions, pavement designs services, stormwater design services, and other related pavement services.– Provide project specific analysis for project design, cost estimation, generating specifications, and verification of suitability of project design for each facility.– Provide construction administration phase services which include project management, inspection, construction observation, and QA and QC monitoring.– Professional firms shall possess the proper licensure and experience to perform such services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 02, 2026
