(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal solid waste disposal and processing services for materials generated through the city's exclusive solid waste collection system and transfer station operation to the government authority located in Culver, CA. – Municipal solid waste collected by the city is delivered to the city's transfer station, where materials are consolidated into transfer trailers and transported by the city's contracted transportation provider to the designated disposal facility.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
