Description
The OAG is soliciting proposals from attorneys to advise and represent the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) with respect to matters over disputes with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) over the State Plan and State Plan amendments, any waiver applications that DMAS may submit, and any matters involving the deferral, disallowance or withholding of federal funds, including any appeals before the Departmental Appeals Board and any further appeals thereof. The federal appeals procedure is outlined in 45 C.F.R. Part 16.
