(1) Vendor needs to provide onboard bus video surveillance system to the government authority located in Santa Monica, CA.– Modern, reliable, and fully integrated Onboard Video Surveillance System (OBVSS) solution that supports the operational, safety, security, evidentiary, and maintenance needs– Replace the existing onboard video surveillance equipment across the entire fixed–route fleet with a modern, transit–grade IP–based surveillance system including onboard recording hardware, cameras, communications equipment, and centralized video management software.– Provide high–quality video and audio coverage to support incident investigation, operator and passenger safety, claims management, liability review, law enforcement coordination, and public records requests(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
