(1) Vendor needs to provide legacy data transfer platform. • Appoint a suitably¬qualified and experienced service provider to migrate its legacy Oracle payroll data to a user ¬friendly portal for staff to access.• Comprise a secure extract of the Contracting Authority’s complex legacy payroll schemas and will transform them into an intuitive, dual access digital portal.• Legacy data transfer platform must allow the Contracting Authority read–only access to its own payroll  data on an ongoing basis.
