Services could include repairs, maintenance, drain cleaning (using cable or hydro-jetting), and sewer line camera inspections. Qualified vendors must hold a valid C-36 license with the California Contractors State License Board, employ journeyman-level plumbers or higher, and ensure a maximum two-hour response time for on-site service. The City of Santa Cruz manages a wide range of city facilities, including a recreational wharf, golf course, the county-wide public library system, a water production plant, a waste water treatment facility, and various parks, and beaches. The selected plumbing contractors must be equipped to service these diverse public spaces effectively within the allotted time constraints.
