(1) Vendor needs to provide employee drug and alcohol testing services to the government authority located in Cleveland, TN. • Drug and alcohol testing for all employees shall be in strict compliance with requirements.• Price per test is to include drug test, alcohol test and the services of the medical review officer.• The random drug and alcohol testing for all employees shall comply with the requirements.• Testing services must be available 24 hours a day every day of the year.• Drug testing shall be for the ten–screen panel that includes testing of the following drugs:• Marijuana metabolites.• Cocaine metabolites• Opiate metabolites.• Phencyclidine.• Amphetamines.• Benzodiazepines.• Methadone.• Ecstasy – MDMA.• Barbiturates.• Methamphetamines.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
