(1) Vendor needs to provide professional auditing services to the government authority located in Warrensburg, MO.– Provide an “in–relation–to“ opinion on the supporting schedules based on the auditing procedures applied during the audit of the basic financial statements and the combining and individual fund financial statements and schedules.– The auditor shall also be responsible for performing certain limited procedures involving required supplemental information required by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board as mandated by generally accepted auditing standards.– The auditor shall communicate to the City all proposed adjusting journal entries identified during the audit, including adjustments necessary to present the financial statements in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework.
