Proposed path widening and geometric improvementsii. Preliminary pavement section designiii. Dam safety and review and confirmation that proposed improvements do not impact dam integrityiv. Preliminary grading planv. Drainage and runoff improvements, including erosion protection measuresvi. Preliminary safety enhancements, including railings, barriers, signage, and maintenance vehicle accommodationsvii. Coordination with dam operations, maintenance access, and emergency access(2) A site visit and pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
