stpete / Engineering
Description
The City of St. Petersburg is seeking a qualified Contractor for installation of a new stormwater conveyance system along 7th Street North and 50th Avenue North in St. Petersburg, Florida. All work must comply with applicable environmental and permitting requirements from the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Pinellas County Water and Navigation Control Authority. Restoration work will follow utility installation and must be performed in accordance with City of St. Petersburg standards. This project is funded by the City of St. Petersburg and the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) through its Cooperative Funding Initiative (CFI). Contractors must comply with the terms and conditions of Cooperative Funding Agreement No. 22CF0003690. A copy of the agreement is included in the bid documents. The project may also incorporate federal funding in the future, and as such, sample federal contract provisions are also included in the bid documents. If and when federal funding is applied to the project, the awarded contra ctor will be subject to compliance with any federal requirements stated in the grant agreement.
