(1) Vendor needs to provide community paramedicine consulting services to the government authority located in Norman, OK. – Project includes architectural design and site planning for a 6,500–square–foot warehouse to support public health operations, emergency response logistics, and storage needs. – The facility will incorporate both climate–controlled and non–climate–controlled spaces and will be designed to support operational readiness during emergency events.• Provide a medical equipment storage and distribution warehouse with drive–through service capabilities for emergency public health response• Parking optimization and integration with the Wellness Square campus• Provide storage space within warehouse building for County Health Department (½ of warehouse to be heated and cooled, ½ to have heat only)• Provide covered area for trailers to be loaded and unloaded• Provide area for protection of County vehicles and trailers during inclement weather• Maintain the aesthetics of the Wellness Square campus• Discovery & Existing Condition• Programming & Concept Design• Design Development & Construction Documents(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
