(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Mankato, MN. – Cleaning must occur during business hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. An occasional evening, weekend, or holiday service may be requested. – Must provide labor, equipment, paper products, and cleaning products.– Fixture detail available includes: 3 mop sinks, 11 floor sinks, 12 lavatory undercounter sinks, 8 sinks, 1 urinal, 13 toilets, and 9 lab sinks.– Flooring type estimates: Carpet 14,000 sq ft, epoxy Resin 12,000 sq ft, Resilient Vinyl Sheet 15,000 sq ft, Porcelain tile 2,000 sq ft.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 24, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.
