CONS-24683 - USA (Spokane, Washington) - Downtown Charging, Layover Facility Design and Engineering Services - Deadline November 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide downtown charging, layover facility design and engineering services to the government authority located in Spokane, WA.– Planning and feasibility analysis:– Evaluate alternative design solutions to ensure efficiency of operations within the facility.– Utilize Auto Turn to confirm driveway access and turning movements into, out of, and within the facility.– Develop facility design from conceptual plans to 30% design and analyze proposed improvements to maximize efficiency.– Land surveying:– Survey and provide horizontal and vertical control.– Develop topographic surveys, identify benchmarks, and prepare all other plans as needed.– Architectural and engineering design:– Provide all necessary architectural services (operator comfort station, operator break room, site enclosure, IT/utility room, storage, electrical support equipment room, etc.) as needed.– Provide all engineering services as needed, including but not limited to civil, structural, environmental, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and traffic analysis.– Preparation of cost estimates at 30/60/90/100% completion.– Ensure all designs and improvements are fully ADA compliant.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.
