(1) Vendor needs to provide Trimble unity maintain and unity permit software implementation services.– Vendor will create a design and a plan that will provide an outcome the city needs for the unity platform.– Provide comprehensive services to complete the implementation of the approved design.– These services will include planning, scheduling, reporting, documentation creation and updating, communications, and coordination with the other parties involved with the overall project.– project plan will include the implementation of unity maintain, unity permit and development of operational integrations between the Unity platform and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle utility Billing, OAG, ArcGIS, ArcGIS Indoors, and Clarity (Salesforce), as well as API connections with public Stuff, Route ware and Radley.– The scope also includes review and migration of existing reports, queries and dashboards.– Provide a plan of action for delivery along with the work breakdown structure.– Provide experienced staff with adequate expertise in project management, government and municipalities and the unity platform.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 5, 2026.
