(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in AL. – Clean front glass door and front glass windows both inside and outside.– Dust all vertical surfaces of desks, file cabinets, chairs, and remove dust from all hard–to–reach areas.– Clean the lobby counter to include all glass on counter (both sides) and outer wall of the lobby counter.– Vacuum entrance mat and replace in entranceway after floor has dried.– Walls will be dusted with untreated mop or vacuum.– Baseboards will be cleaned.– Remove handprints from around light switches and door frames. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
