EXTRA-74309 - USA (Atlanta, Georgia) - Mobile Civilian Response and Pre-Arrest Diversion Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile civilian response and pre–arrest diversion services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.– Mobile community referrals and pre–arrest diversion– Case management– Ongoing community outreach and awareness building – Financial management– Data collection, analysis and reporting– Coordinate and dispatch urgent, time–sensitive community response teams to provide specialized, in–person, and consent–based responses to both resident quality of life concerns submitted through ATL311, and non–emergency call diversion requests transferred by E911 to ATL311.– Provide follow–up communication within 72 business hours to both customer who contacted ATL311 staff, with update on outcomes of the response teams’ interactions with clients.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
