(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Lake Park, FL.• Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, sinks, toilets, urinals, partitions, touchpoints and appropriate horizontal surfaces; clean mirrors to a streak–free condition.• Restock Town–furnished toilet tissue, paper towels and hand soap in installed dispensers.• Empty trash and recycling; install Town–furnished liners; clean visible spills or soil on receptacles.• Sweep or dust mop hard floors and damp mop using a surface–appropriate product• Clean and disinfect high–touch surfaces in common areas, including door handles and push plates.• Clean kitchen and breakroom counters, sinks and exterior surfaces of shared appliances; clean microwave interior and exterior when accessible and remove ordinary food residue.• Clean interior entrance areas and accessible door glass; remove fingerprints and smudges.• Clean drinking fountains and bottle fillers; polish compatible metal surfaces as needed.• Dust accessible furniture and conference tables without disturbing papers, files, personal items or equipment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on September 10, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
