(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in TX.– Project includes interior renovations at an existing school campus consisting of selective demolition,architectural finish upgrades, and improvements to instructional, administrative, and common areas.– Work generally includes modifications to interior spaces, replacement of selected finishes, ceilings, lighting, doors, signage, and other building components to support the renovations.– Project also includes renovations to selected specialty spaces and construction of new instructional spaces within the existing building as indicated in the construction documents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
