(1) Vendor needs to provide joint development (JD) partner Service to the government authority located in Lynn, MA.• The Agency is seeking a Partner to plan, design, develop, finance, construct, own and operate a mixed–use, transit–oriented development on the Site of the existing Garage,• Stage 1: Addressing the Respondent’s organizational structure, relevant experience, key personnel (the two individuals, identified by name, whom the Respondent project vision statement, and financial capability• Demonstrate the experience and capacity of the Respondent to execute the Project in an orderly and timely manner• Provide parking in a manner detailed in the procurement documents• Propose development of the Site in a way that is sensitive to and integrates with the agency future Station and busway operations• Propose development that is mixed–use and includes ground floor activation that would be beneficial to the larger community• Demonstrate design excellence and contributions to the public realm that enhance the neighbourhood and emphasize multi–modal access and connectivity(2) The contract period will be for one year.
