(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation defense counsel services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ.• Workers’ compensation defense required to provide representation in all aspects of workers compensation litigation, including to:• Filing answer to Claim Petitions on behalf of the County;• Make appearance on behalf of the County in Workers Compensation Court;• Arrange for medical examinations;• Review medical reports;• Trials;• Appeals;• Counsel may be called upon to attend meetings with the County or on its behalf; and• Counsel may also be called upon to provide other types of legal services of a specialized nature.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 19, 2026.
